I agree that walking and exrecise do wonders for the lower back. I’ve heard several friends rave about their chiropractors but I think I’ll give the massage chair you recommend a shot first.

Back pain is no joke!
I have some minor back pain and it’s because I sit on my behind all day. I’ve tried walking and doing some lower back exercise and they work to some extent. The key for me is not letting it get too stiff…
You think one of those massage chairs would help keep it loose during the day while I’m sitting down?
