These are two of the latest ‘headline’ Superfruits that have emerged out of Southern America in over the last decade . Acai berries have been something of  a sensation, in several  senses of the word, with a massive  number of health  supplements now claiming  to tap into the benefits  of the berry. But the Maqui berry has made quite a splash  itself lately – and recent studies   strongly suggests  health benefits that look like more than holding  their own against  the Acai .
